On every upload (receipts, vendor docs) you pick where it goes — HomesLogix encrypted storage, Drive, or OneDrive — and we remember your last pick. Proton Drive is on the roadmap and will be added the moment they publish a third-party API. Tenant-facing files (lease PDFs, shared docs) always stay on HomesLogix encrypted storage so tenant access doesn't depend on your cloud being connected.
No. Inviting a tenant is opt-in per tenant. You decide — STR guests never get one; long-term tenants might want one. If they don't, you can still log payments and email them receipts directly.
