Honest answers, no marketing voice

How does the Airbnb and VRBO sync actually work?

HomesLogix connects through each platform's official integration where available, and a secure read-only method otherwise. We import stays, payouts, and basic guest details, and we never request more access than we need.

Is the mileage log IRS-compliant?

Yes. Each trip records the date, start and end locations, total miles, the property it relates to, and the business reason. That meets IRS contemporaneous logging requirements for the standard mileage deduction.

Do I have to use the mobile app?

No. The web app does everything. The mobile app is the easier way to capture mileage and receipts in the moment, but you can use one, both, or switch as it suits you.

What about my data and privacy?

Your records belong to you. HomesLogix is built by SolveLogix, a security-focused studio, and our defaults are privacy-first: no sale of data, no behavior tracking, full export anytime.

How much does it cost?

HomesLogix is currently in beta and free for everyone on the waitlist — all features included, no card required. We'll announce pricing well before any paid tiers kick in, and waitlist members will get founding-owner pricing locked in for life.

Can I keep my documents in my own Google Drive or OneDrive?

Yes — this is live. Connect your Google Drive or OneDrive in settings and HomesLogix creates a "HomesLogix" folder there. On every upload (receipts, vendor docs) you pick where it goes — HomesLogix encrypted storage, Drive, or OneDrive — and we remember your last pick. Proton Drive is on the roadmap and will be added the moment they publish a third-party API. Tenant-facing files (lease PDFs, shared docs) always stay on HomesLogix encrypted storage so tenant access doesn't depend on your cloud being connected.

Do my tenants have to use the portal?

No. Inviting a tenant is opt-in per tenant. You decide — STR guests never get one; long-term tenants might want one. If they don't, you can still log payments and email them receipts directly.

When does it launch?

HomesLogix is in active beta. The waitlist gets early access and founding-owner pricing when it opens. Most features described here are already live for waitlist users.
